It got to the point that my wife, true love and partner of more than 36 years had to leave the room and sleep on the couch. I also had sleep apnea. I was real astonished that I didnt learn about this device sine I was a dental technician in the Military and my partner was a dental technician previously and her sister happens to be a dental technician. I wish I'd known about this sooner. The brand of the applying that I use is Silent Nite. Ask your dentist about this or only the generic term "snore guard" to see what he or she may advise. There are other similar items on the market and if any of you have experience with these let me know and I will move on the data.
