I feel your pain. The Myst series ended with Riven. What solhud have heralded a new era for immersive, puzzling, emotionally compelling games instead heralded the inexplicable death of it.I think Riven emerged from a rare perfect storm. It may happen again, but not in Cyan's hands. The sequels strike me as being about as planned as The Matrix sequels, and they end up similar in relative quality: not even necessarily bad, just missing the indescribable magic that you can't put your finger on. I'd like to blame Robyn's leaving of Cyan after the release of Riven, but the more probable reality is that these things cannot last. The most beautiful part of Riven? For me, I think it's the sky. I don't think I've ever seen a sky that is so simultaneously idealistic yet realistic.

, it's looking that way) it must be shot in 3D with the new thelnocogy, not converted in post with some cheesy attempt to make extra money.-Personally I feel if it's done right 3D could add a since of realism and immersion that is sorely missing in so many movies. Remember the way we felt when we first stepped into the worlds created by Cyan? It was as if you were there. That's our biggest goal with the Myst Movie, to put you there, let you live in Anna's shoes, and feel the excitement you felt playing the games. If Myst is done in 3D, we will do everything within our power to use it as a tool to enhance your experience, not undermine it.-Of course if you want you, can buy the cheaper tickets and just see it in 2D. But keep this in mind  if you buy the 3D tickets you will be helping to insure a sequel  not to mention helping to support your dear friends here at Mysteria Film Group
