I just approved it.  Regarding IP blocking technologies  that's not exactly how they work.  A proxy endpoint has to be established and I highly doubt that a community Wireless freenet and Best Buy have proxy servers readily open  but it's not worth discussing.  What is worth discussing is your threat of reporting our project to rights holders.
