Some people have posted on the still active Nexus forums that they can't save or access the ingame menu. The general consensus at this time is that it is due to a 'quirk' in Nexus:TJI where if you '''ALT-TAB''' out of the game (or maybe accidentally hit the '''ALT''' key), the '''ESCAPE''' keys main function is then disabled.
