The Value of Construction Safety Training
Construction Safety is the management of all the activities, human and other sources to realize a safe finishing of a project. The management of the interactions aims to advance the procedure and maintain a safe work environment throughout a project.
The sole reason behind construction security is simply to prevent accidents, injury and ill-health. Effective construction safety management can lead to better quality work and fewer negative outcomes.
All levels in the construction industry need to be knowledgeable about safety and the capability to apply the knowledge in their practices and not limited to the employee on site, this can come from education and learning and training. Schooling and training makes certain that the employee is sufficiently informed and aware of the hazards they work in or is exposed to, and the ability ( capabilities ) to defend themselves and others.
Education is to make certain a positive change in the behaviour and attitude of the worker and the training must produce one main accomplishment, competence in performance. Obtaining such, the employee will be motivated (want to do the job) and possess the ability (to perform the job) safely.
With the education and training, and at least 3 (3) yrs experience, the construction security officer is empowered to administrate, supervise and participate in “hands on” tasks with a totally new personnel or changes in the workplace, with other responsibilities to incorporate;
• Ensuring that workers on the construction site keep to principles and regulations concerning safety
• Point-out security hazards to the personnel for correction
• Identify health and security concerns on the construction site.
• Investigate reported incidents and injuries
• Communicate and discuss safety concerns
• Advise unfamiliar safety concerns
• Coordinate training
• Coordinate emergency and evacuate circumstances
• Coordinate hazardous waste disposal
• Coordinates assessments, surveys and program evaluations of the work area
• Ensures that the site-safety program complies with Work-related Security and Health Act and its regulations
• Communicate to other agencies and stake holders on the necessary health and safety principles and laws on the job site
• Report any on-the-job accident or safety violation to the appropriate authorities
• Teach new construction workers and current workers suitable safety and health procedures
• Conduct regular worker training sessions to update workers on security procedures and responsibilities, also as the importance of reporting a safety concern or injury.

The safety officer on the construction site applies their training in observation on all activities on the work-site to capture what's happening so as to make informed choices, advice and make tips to prevent accidents or to find its result in.
The aim of this type of training is to observe people and their interaction with the resources (equipment and equipment, personal protection, etc,) and situations and have discussions with workers to make the needed adjustment, and document the findings.
The training demands of the protection officer would be of a specific nature yet not limited to the know-how and skills needed for normal worksite task/s. Their training demands may be identified depending on the level of responsibility and the skill concerning the worksite, such as;

Communication Evacuation and Emergencies Reinforcement
A qualified security officer will help in developing a security training program that does not contradict the wishes of the Work-related Security and Health Act and its restrictions. The program’s aim is to reinforce the philosophy that security is an integral of worksite activities and incorporate steps to incorporate training needs, doing the training. goals and goals, learning activities, evaluation the program, increasing training demands, analyzing the program’s the labor force accidents and injuries, recommendations and implement for its effectiveness.
To conclude, we can agree that learning implies a change in behaviour, brought on by the usage of the natural senses (sight, flavor, hearing, smell and touch) and intuition for the required development, which can be acquired via a systematic education and training program. Again, construction accidents may be lessened through the understanding, preparation, and execution of safe construction safety training on every single job site via training and training.
Eventually , accidents are resulted in by people and only people can prevent it.
