Does everyone in your household have a snoring problem?

I have finally found a cure. About 2 yrs before I started to snore. It got to the point that my soul mate, wife and partner of more than 36 years had to leave the place and sleep on the couch. I also had sleep apnea. I would stop breathing and my partner stayed awake to be sure I'd start breathing again. To sum up she wasnt getting much sleep through the night, and I wasnt getting much quality sleep either. Sometimes Gila (my partner) was shaking me to get me to breath or I was waking myself up with all the noise.

Finally about a year before I went to the area sleep clinic. Their conclusion was I was a candidate for the positive air pressure goggles one wears at night to cure the problem. My wife said NO to that particular idea, as the sound from the machine will be as poor as my snoring. About a year after my visit to the sleep center I saw an ad on the web unintentionally. It talked about a develop named a Snore Guard. I called the doctor at the sleep clinic and asked why he never mentioned this possible alternative last year. He said he didnt bring it up because most dental insurance plans don't purchase it. It was apparent form his answer that he was just profit motivated. He would only profit it I purchased the loud air force create elk grove dentist and was not about to talk about something which he wouldnt profit from.

To produce a long story short, I visited my dentist and got the guard. It worked! And to top it off, my dental insurance covered all but about $125. I dont snore and I dont stop inhaling my sleep. I'm rested in the day and best of all, my spouse can sleep all night for initially in two years. The dentist said they've in regards to a 80% success rate with this appliance. I was real amazed that I didnt find out about my spouse was a dental technician before and this revolutionary product sine I was a dental technician in the Army and her brother is currently a dental technician. I wish I'd known about that earlier. The manufacturer of the appliance that I use is Silent Nite. Ask your dentist about any of it or just the common term "snore guard" to find out what he or she may propose. Just so you know, I've no connection with the producer of the product. There are other similar products on the market and if any one of you've experience with those allow me to know and I will move on the info. Only one more side note, it absolutely was perhaps not hard to get used to wearing the appliance at night. It's quite comfortable, and simple to wear and take off.
