Ezzard Charles Dismuke (born July 8, 1972) is an American writer and Internet Entrepreneur. He is best known as the founder of S.W.A.P.O.S. Publications and the Poetic Expressions Greetings Card line . Dismuke is the owner/founder and writer for the company. Dismuke’s personal net worth is yet to be determined.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Dismuke began writing poetry and short stories as a hobby in school, and during moments of strife in his life. Coming from what most would consider a rough upbringing and family he wrote as a way of conveying his feelings about the many adversities he experienced growing up, and in his young adulthood. Dismuke’s mother, who died in 2008 from breast cancer, was very influential in his decision to practice his unique craft commercially. Dismuke’s father died from a head injury he sustained on his job in 1973. Dismuke’s education consists of a G.E.D that he earned from the Milwaukee Area Technical College and he took a few college courses that he was unable to complete. Dismuke has worked in a number of positions and jobs, including customer service and in the food and beverage industries. In 2003 Dismuke earned a commercial drivers license and as an over-the-road truck driver he continued to write while earning a living. After a professional and successful ten years as a truck driver, Dismuke decided to start his own company and utilize his gift. In March of 2012 he founded S.W.A.P.O.S. Publications and Poetic Expressions Greeting cards. After careful and intense research on the market he intended to enter, he knew just where his own talents and contributions would fit. Dismuke also knew that he would have to set his product apart from the giants that currently dominate the market, and that it would involve certain risks. His current greeting card line consists of more than 20 different categories and over one hundred and fifty five different cards to choose from. He created this regal, eclectic, emotional and intelligent line of greeting cards because he wanted to share his gift and help the world to express themselves to one another sincerely and poetically. In doing so he understood he would have to cross boundaries no other greeting card company has. As a result of his efforts, he has established a greeting card company that produces a product for every consumer from A to Z.
