When you begin your talk, I'd ensure that you have a focus in the space, which may work to provide you inspiration. This might be an image in the right back of the space or a window. I try not to look at the eyes of the folks in the audience when I give a public speech, as this may put me off. I want them to think that I'm however, when they think that I'm unable to as it can be described as a sign of nerves.
